I’ve nearly 30 years of experience working closely with people within communication, recruitment, service & sales, HR, public appearances and management. Leadership has been at the heart of them all, both informally and formally.
I’ve been an entrepreneur since 2010, I'm an NLP Master Practitioner and I’m obsessed with people and developing the path to a purpose-driven inspirational life and business. I dive headfirst into deep conversations and love, love, yes, love to see others grow and achieve their goals!
My strength is to identify the core challenge and deliver it back to you in an honest way that inspires and challenges you to rise higher. My raw desire is to see you strengthened and succeeding in reaching your potential for your own sake, your team, and society. We simply need more healthy, inspirational people to step up and take the lead.

I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Siv both as a colleague and a coach, and she is always surprisingly prepared and professional.
Siv helped us raise awareness of existing capabilities in our organisation and highlight these.
When she was facilitating our team work sessions we defined our focus areas, what measures to set for implementation and follow up almost without us knowing it.
We all got homework that tied into the content of our sessions, however it was simplified and realizable and furthermore Siv assisted us in following through and evaluate our results.
Siv challenges everyone on all levels to move mental limits and expand their comfort zones.

We also have had external feedback regarding the presence of our team after Siv has been coaching us for a while. The feedback regards increased excitement and customer focus, and we can even see our customer satisfaction results moving the correct way.
She also handled the recruiting of 2 resources into our sales department, and had an over watch of their on boarding period their first 6 months - their feedback is impeccable, and they have never experienced anything like that before.
Their results after 1 year in our sales team are amazing very much due to this.
The entire process was perfect and the candidates were all satisfied with the feedback the got throughout the process.
